Thursday September 6th! 5pm! 16th and Mission BART THE BRADLEY MANNING SUPPORT NETWORK, AFGHANS FOR PEACE AND SF BAY AREA IRAQ VETERANS AGAINST THE WAR CALL FOR NATIONWIDE ACTIONS AT OBAMA CAMPAIGN OFFICES SEPTEMBER 6TH 2012 DURING THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL CONVENTION! In the two years since Army PFC Bradley Manning’s arrest in May 2010 for allegedly sharing the “Collateral Murder” video and other evidence of war crimes and government corruption with the whistle-blower website WikiLeaks, human rights activists have been asking, “Why isn’t President Obama stepping in to help Bradley?” After all, it was President Obama who in May 2011 declared with regards to protests in the Middle East, “In the 21st Century, information is power; the truth cannot be hidden; and the legitimacy of governments will ultimately depend on active and informed citizens.” On Thursday, August 16, US military veterans in Portland OR, Oakland CA, and Los Angeles CA, occupied Obama 2012 campaign offices and faxed a letter of demands to the Obama campaign’s central office. Are you kidding me?.Protesting the unlawful detainment of Manning by the Government is Hardly a endorsement or show of support to or for Romney.The Obama admit has increased drone attacks in the middle east and surrounding region and thus as well the use of drones to spy on U.S Citizens on american soil.These drone attacks have translated to the death of innocent lives.This due to the drones missing targets and thus killing innocent men,women and kids.The detainment of Manning is also unlawful as the U.S government has violated U.S law and International law.To say that by protesting this office is in anyway a show of support for Romney is Beyond Moronic..

I was told this was moved to SF and is not in Oakland.
But now I am thinking that perhaps there a protest in SF as well as this protest in Oakland? So was this moved or are there two separate ones? | ||||||||||||||
