Monterey County Branch of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom will protest the symposium of bomb and warhead experts being held at taxpayer expense at the Naval Postgraduate School August 21 and 22. Reception at Portola Plaza (Doubletree Inn) will be 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday.
