Two years ago on July 22, 2010 Dion Smith Down’s sixteen year old son, James Rivera, Jr., was murdered by three policemen. One of the three shooters was Stockton policeman Gregory Dunn. Fast forward to now: On July 24th, 2012, Dionne’s nephew was murdered in a black on black shooting. The family was at the hospital grieving the second shooting when Stockton PD sent a policeman to answer their questions. The policeman sent was one of the three who murdered 16 year old James Rivera, Jr.; the one and the same now promoted to sergeant, Gregory Dunn. Pictured are Dionne Smith Down's and her sister, mother of the 18 year old black man murdered on July 24, 2012. The third person in the picture is unidentified.
