Does Cyber-Bullying, or internet bullying, start with adults? Do children really learn cyber-bulling or internet-bullying from adults? Do the major political parties teach children bullying by disrespecting independent candidates and minor parties, thereby teaching kids that if you aren't in the in crowd, it is o.k. to publicly disrespect you? http://www.sec.state.vt.us click on Elections in the State of Vermont. The primary election candidates are on a draft candidate list. There is only one Democrat candidate for Governor, Peter Shumlin, no contest. There is only one Democrat candidate for U.S. Senate, Bernie Sanders, again, no contest. Etc., the majority of candidates for statewide office in the primary election in Vermont have no opposition, in this small state of population 620,000. Cris Ericson is an independent candidate using the Vermont "descriptive words" rule which basically allows designer label candidates to promote their causes. Cris Ericson will appear on the Nov. 6, 2012 election ballot as the United States Marijuana Party. http://usmjp.com The list of candidates who will appear on the official election ballot for the general election Nov. 6, 2012 who are independents and minor party candidates are currently NOT listed on the Vermont Secretary of State Elections Division website, EVEN THOUGH THEIR PETITION DEADLINE WAS THE SAME TIME AS THE MAJOR PARTY CANDIDATES, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE REQUIRED TO HAVE JUST AS MANY CERTIFIED REGISTERED VOTER SIGNATURES AS THE MAJOR CANDIDATES, THEY ARE NOT LISTED, AND THIS AFFECTS THEIR ABILITY TO RAISE CAMPAIGN FUNDS. HOW CAN THE U.S. MARIJUANA PARTY CANDIDATE, Cris Ericson http://usmjp.com PROVE THAT SHE IS CERTIFIED TO BE ON THE BALLOT WHEN THE VERMONT SECRETARY OF STATE REFUSES TO LIST INDEPENDENT AND MINOR PARTY CANDIDATES? ISN'T THIS CYBER-BULLYING? ISN'T THIS ELECTION FRAUD? ISN'T THIS INTERNET BULLYING? ISN'T THIS AN ACT OF GREEDY CORRUPTION BY THE DEMOCRAT SECRETARY OF STATE, Jim Condos, AND THE DEMOCRAT GOVERNOR, Peter Shumlin, AND CURRENT U.S. SENATOR BERNIE SANDERS, RUNNING IN THE PRIMARY AS A DEMOCRAT, INTENDING TO KEEP MINOR PARTY CANDIDATES AND INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES FROM RAISING CAMPAIGN FUNDS? START THINKING ABOUT HOW CHILDREN LEARN BULLYING FROM ADULTS! Little State of Vermont has Big City Style Election Fraud United States Marijuana Party candidate forwards her complaint to F.B.I. about election fraud in Vermont. From: Cris Ericson Sent: 6/18/2012 1 To: jim.condos [at] sec.state.vt.us [jim.condos [at] sec.state.vt.us] Subject: fraud to conceal material facts on sec. state election website Sent : 6/18/2012 To : GovernorVT [at] state.vt.us; ny1 [at] ic.fbi.gov; washington.field [at] ic.fbi.gov; kscheele [at] sec.state.vt.us; will.senning [at] sec.state.vt.us Dear Kathy Scheele, Will Senning, Governor Shumlin (Democrat), Good afternoon, I believe you all appear to be commiting election fraud because you have the list of candidates for the Primary election listed on the Secretary of State Elections Division website, but you do not have the list of candidates who are not "draft" candidates, but who are actually already candidates for the general election Nov. 6, 2012, such as myself. I believe that you appear to be fraudulently concealing material facts from the voters in order to commit fraud so that they do not know that they have other choices. When you list my opposing candidates, and do not list me, you are giving them preferential treatment that affects the outcome of the state and federal election because I am a candidate in the general election for state and federal office, and I became a candidate when my petitions were filed, and they were already verified because I received telephone notice left on my tape machine that they were verified. You have a legal duty to provide the registered voters of Vermont of the material facts that there is a final candidate list of candidates not required to participate in any Primary election. You have a legal duty to provide that information now. You know that Governor Peter Shumlin was not legally elected because of the vote fraud in 2010 where you reduced my unofficial vote count for Governor 2010 and U.S. Senate 2010 by 50% from the unofficial vote count to the official vote count, without any explanation. Stop commiting fraud in elections! Cris Ericson http://usmjp.com http://usmjp.com Candidate opposing Governor Peter Shumlin and also opposing Bernard Sanders for U.S. Senate. ____________________________________________ VERMONT SECRETARY OF STATE - Jim Condos Divisions: Home Archives Corporations Elections Professional Regulation Other Programs Secretary's Desk Elections Division Vermont Secretary of State 128 State Street Montpelier, VT 05633-1101 In-State: (800) 439-8683 Outside VT: (802) 828-2464 FAX: 802-828-5171 HOURS: 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. http://www.sec.state.vt.us Welcome to the Secretary of State's Elections and Campaign Finance Division web pages.
