CNA nurses and techs again held a one day strike against the major concessions demanded by the Sutter management. They have brought in scab nurses particularly from Alabama and Governor Brown and Attorney General Kamala Harris as well as the District Attorney are refusing to investigate and criminally prosecute scab nurses who do not have licenses which are required under California law. CNA Sutter Peralta Bates nurses struck again on June 13, 2012 for one day against major concessions demanded by the managers of the Sutter system. Sutter locked them out for five days as in the past. CNA nurse and negotiating committee member Erich Koch talks about management tactics to bust the union and also the failure of Governor Brown and California Attorney General Kamala Harris to investigate and prosecute the Sutter bosses and unlicensed scab nurses from working at the California hospitals.  harris_kamala.jpg California Attorney General Kamala Harris is refusing to investigate and prosecute the Sutter Executive and management for brining in unlicensed nurse scabs into the hospital. The CNA has called for her to take action on this but she has been missing in action. This is despite the fact that a patient at hospital has already died as a result of improper care by a scab nurse.
