Real Estate shenanigans ain't anything new, folks. The "bid up land values and watch the suckers get burned" routine began about 5,000 years ago in Sumeria, and most recently struck in 2006, but this time we're just going to take a look at the nineteen-thirties with the Marx Brothers. Nobody put the matter madder or more succinctly than Groucho, Harpo, and Chico. And word is, Henry George-o may show up to say a few words about . . . Mockingbirds. It's not nice to do. Mocking birds just makes you look foolish. Come on out Saturday and we'll explain!
