As Kaiser replaced one center for another, many call it an attack on Spanish Speaking immigrants Many see a Spanish Speaking Call Center as a breath of life, but apparently some at Kaiser decided to shut down the call center in Stockton and consolidate it to a location in Southern California. Many are seeing it as an attack on Spanish Speaking immigrants. We hope that immigrants are able to find a bridge to communicate their health problems, otherwise we will have a disaster. I feel that Spanish is a language that is of importance because we have a large spanish speaking population and for that it makes it necessary to keep such issues as a priority.
