Tara Dorabji interviews Delhi Sultanate about the reggae movement coming out of India. Delhi Sultanate performed inside one of India’s largest prisons. He works with Word Sound Power bringing popular music to people’s movements, creating new forms of cultural resistance. The interview is 14:20.
