Deja Vu again! Another 'Midnite Cowboy' Landing by USA Warrior Chief

The truth could not be more contrary. The vast majority of Afghans have consistently expressed their loathing of foreign Occupation troops, as US and NATO soldiers have repeatedly committed countless war crimes and wanton killings of innocent civilians. Even many Afghan government soldiers have turned their guns on their Western trainers and supposedly "allies." And the Afghan Resistance fighters are now gearing up for their Spring offensive. In addition, despite the heavy propaganda broadcast back to the home countries of the Occupying forces, disgusted citizens in all the NATO and even USA homeland are tired of this endless neoColonialist misadventure. Only the politicians and Imperialist apologists led by both the Democratic and Republican parties support the continuing killings, in order to salvage a face-saving retreat re-labeled as "transitioning to Afghan control."

But if the "transition" is being supported byt he Afghan people, why would the head of the "benefactor" nation have to sneak into the country in the middle of the night--like the criminal burglar that he is in reality? And the Yankee warrior chief didn't have the "audacity"to speak to any Afghan citizen? That episode alone expresses the cruel reality that the US-led invasion-turned-Occupation is nothing but a thinly-veiled Imperialist scheme to control the resources and politics of Central Asia, in a last-ditch attempt to use the AfPak war as a military base to stem the rising influence of Russia and China in that strategic region.
