This is HELP?
Why SHOULD a cat or a dog be vegan?
Does that make them BETTER in some way?
In your system of thought, is NATURE (the natural world) evil?

Cats and dogs are clearly evolved to kill and eat other animals (dogs also to be scavengers). That's the kind of animal they are. Predators are a vital part of the ecosystem for its overall balance.
