Sheriff Mirkarimi Exposes Election Fraud Mayor Lee's Frameup; 4/19&20 Court Dates

by Keeping score
Sheriff Mirkarimi exposed Election Fraud Mayor Lee’s political frame-up in the 4/13/12 New York Times and the 4/13/12 San Francisco Bay Guardian. Mayor Lee never bothered to discuss what actually happened in the Sheriff’s marital dispute on Dec. 31, 2011. The facts clearly demonstrate that the City Attorney, Democrat Dennis Herrera, and Election Fraud Democrat Mayor Lee, aided by the San Francisco Chronicle, conspired to remove a very popular Sheriff to protect the San Francisco Democratic Party’s election fraud machine which put Mayor Lee in office and to protect the real estate interests which are promoting foreclosures and evictions.

“Mirkarimi Speaks Out, Citing ‘Runaway Train of Innuendo’ by Matt Smith, 4/12/12 NY Times at
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/04/13/us/san-franciscos-sheriff-ross-mirkarimi-speaks-out.html?_r=2

Some notable statements:
1. WIFE’S PREVIOUS TRAVEL TO VENEZUELA WITH BABY
“I never said, ever, that I’m a powerful person,” Mr. Mirkarimi said. “It’s not even my style. I was quoting in the context of what had been a very familiar and painful reminder that, six months earlier, Eliana had been out of the country with Theo for two and a half months. I was referencing family law.”

So, the Sheriff had a serious concern when his wife approached him in December to take the baby (age 2) A SECOND TIME to Venezuela, after she had done so SIX MONTHS EARLIER for 2.5 MONTHS. Aside from the serious expense for airfare, this prolonged separation of the family would concern anyone. WE NEVER READ THIS IN THE SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE.

And of course, he did not say anything so ridiculous as claiming he was powerful or had powerful friends. He stated what he knew from having been supervisor, that there were “powerful” child custody laws. It was not the best choice of words but Sheriff Mirkarimi is not a lawyer. He clearly did not claim that he was powerful.

2. AS SUPERVISOR, SHERIFF MIRKARIMI CHAMPIONED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COMMUNITY AND DOES NOT VIEW ISSUE AS PRIVATE.

“Mr. Mirkarimi said on Thursday that he had never said domestic violence was a private family matter. “There was no quote of that,” he said. But he added, “I was advised by my attorney to say, while under investigation, this matter is a private family matter. I was concerned with her safety in Venezuela, when they were about ready to travel. For years as a supervisor, I was an outspoken champion of the domestic violence community,” Mr. Mirkarimi said. “In no way have I said domestic violence was a private family matter.””

3. SHERIFF MIRKARIMI DID NOT TRY TO DESTROY EVIDENCE, THE VIDEO OF THE BRUISE, OF WHICH HE KNEW NOTHING AT THE TIME.

“For example, the complaint claims that Mirkarimi “or his agents” asked Ivory Madison, the neighbor who helped Lopez make a videotape of her showing a bruise on her arm inflicted by Mirkarimi, to “destroy evidence,” a charge her husband, Abraham Mertens, made in a Chronicle op-ed. But in her own subsequent op-ed, Lopez says that wasn't true and that Mirkarimi wasn't even aware of the existence of the tape until after Madison had called the police and told them about it.”

Ivory Madison has a law degree but never passed the California bar and misrepresented herself to Ms. Lopez-Mirkarimi that she was a lawyer when, not having passed the bar exam, she was not. Abraham Mertens is a corporate lawyer. See

Sheriff Mirkarimi was elected on November 8, 2011 with over 70,000 votes out of 197,000 votes cast with no allegations of election fraud. Election Fraud Mayor Lee received over 59,000 votes for a position that usually is of far greater interest than the sheriff’s position. The Bay Guardian had an excellent analysis of the vote on April 5, 2012 at:

“Guest opinion: It's Not About Mirkarimi, It's About Us” by Calvin Welch, 4/5/12 at
http://www.sfbg.com/politics/2012/04/05/guest-opinion-its-not-about-mirkarimi-its-about-us

“Last November, Mirkarimi won in six of the 11 supervisorial districts (D3, D5, D6, D8, D9 and D10). In two of them (D8 and D10), he won more first place votes than the current supervisor. In these same six districts, he outpolled Ed Lee by some 18,000 votes.”

WOW! THAT WAS A MAJOR VICTORY!

For supervisorial districts, please see:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Francisco_Board_of_Supervisors
and
http://sfcrg.com/sf_superdist.php
and
http://www.sfgov2.org/ftp/uploadedfiles/elections/PrecinctServices/maps/CitywidePrecinctMap2010.pdf

You will see that Supervisor Mirkarimi did not do as well in the wealthier districts, namely District 2 (Marina, Pacific Heights), District 4 (Sunset District), District 7 (St. Francis Wood, West Portal), and the not so wealthy albeit also property owner District 11 (Outer Mission, Excelsior). Two-thirds of San Francisco residents are tenants, most of whom depend upon rent control for a roof over our heads. Clearly, this is a capitalist class attack on a Sheriff who would certainly expose the election fraud and intends to do what he can to stop evictions and foreclosures.

THERE IS A LOT TO WATCH THIS COMING WEEK.

on April 19, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. in Dept 302 there is a hearing on the Sheriff’s Motion to Disqualify Democrat City Attorney Dennis Herrera from representing Election Fraud Mayor Lee in this case as there is an obvious conflict of interest; and

on April 20, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. in Dept 302, there is a hearing on the Sheriff’s Petition for a Writ of Mandate which seeks immediate reinstatement of Sheriff Mirkarimi as sheriff.

AS MANY AS POSSIBLE OF THE 70,000 VOTERS FOR SHERIFF MIKARIMI NEED TO ATTEND BOTH HEARINGS.

There are usually tentative rulings the day before court hearings, around 3 p.m. April 18 and 19, 2012, respectively, which may be viewed on the Calendar tab referred to above. If you have trouble with the above links, simply go to the San Francisco Superior Court website at
