The "Resist Martial Law" flyer has an error.

"PreTrial Hearing Shift: Various OSC Defendants 8:15 AM Dept. 7 Monday March 5th" is the correct info (not "Monday March 6th" as written).

At today's hearing everyone's Preliminary Hearing was set for April 20th (readiness) and April 23rd (for the actual hearing)--still in Symons court.

Becky Johnson has an arraignment hearing with her appointed Alternate Public Defender 8:15 AM when there may well be yet another tray of Conspiracy Cookies and CopsBegone Coffee to wash them down.

It may be simpler to sleep at the courthouse so we get a wake-up call there. But, oh yeah, the bosses have ruled we have no right to be there, awake or asleep after 7 PM. Gosh, I was so getting used to my constitutional rights...
