Berkeley Police are trying to scape-goat Occupy in relation to the death of a citizen in the hills near Tilden.
The Berkeley police ignored a call for assistance, and instead claims it allocated all its forces to "monitoring" a peaceful protest march.
The timeline of the events is under question, as the call may have been made before the march even left Oakland.
As well, there were few police near the march, making it unlikely that all available officers were actually monitoring the protest.
