Ethical human rights, development and globalization needed to replace Neoliberalism.

It is argued that top-down, bureaucratic neoliberalism threatens to seriously slow the rebuilding of Christchurch (New Zealand's second largest city) following devastating earthquakes. Rather an ethical, bottom-up approach to human rights, development (and globalization) should be adopted.
