Republicans try to steal your boat with the "rising tide".

"A rising tide lifts all boats", can easily be found in a speech by John F. Kennedy at the dedication of a dam in Arkansas in 1963. But CNBC anchor Larry Kudlow offers a different interpretation - the Republican version designed to steal this phrase, like so many, and spin it to their ends. It's a bald faced lie.
