Omar Barghouti spoke on "Occupy Wall Street, Not Palestine!: BDS and the Global Struggle for Justice & Freedom in Palestine" and later signed copies of his new book, "Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions: The Global Struggle for Palestinian Rights" at the First Presbyterian Church of Oakland. The talk was co-sponsored by the Middle East Children's Alliance (MECA) & CODEPINK. Omar Barghouti addressed related issues for just over thirty minutes and generously took questions from the audience for close to an hour more. In between, the audience was entertained with singing by Justice Voices, who support BDF through music. [Full audio below]
