Protesting the continual police harassment of Occupy San Jose demonstrators, one member of the occupying group has climbed a high wall in the flagpole area of the City Hall. Since Friday, October 21 the SJPD has torn down tent city occupation several times. City Hall security, and SJPD on the scene. SJPD says they are hoping the protester will come down without incident.
