Occupy Oakland expanded to Snow Park by Lake Merritt on the night of October 17th. The following day, Oakland police notified those occupying Snow Park that they would have to leave the park by 10pm. The time came and went with no forcible eviction. Tents and occupiers have remained since, although the city of Oakland did serve a written notice to vacate to occupiers at Oscar Grant Plaza on the evening of October 20th. As of this posting, both camps remain.
