The Office for Human Research Protections reviews human experiments

Due to the surveillance technologies we know about and all the surveillance technologies the public is not knowledgeable about, there must be an organization made up of public citizens that the public can contact and report to when they believe they are being surveilled illegally or unjustly and unethically.

This organization will have the power to call an investigation that fully supports the stopping of surveillance or torture of citizens just trying to live in their homes.

Leaving the public’s health and well-being involving human experimentation up to the OHRP is wasteful spending and even dangerous to the public. In the fact of reports to them by the public of dangerous, life-threatening human testing, so far no real work has been done to protect victims of these outrageous activities.

The OHRP and the Bioethics Commission has proved they take no interest in human torture, as long as the torture is not able to be identified by the victims.

The cover up of these heinous crimes has to be exposed. The money backing these human atrocities must be exposed, fully reported on to the public and stopped.

The public cannot stand up under torture and so cannot buy attorney’s, private investigators, contact their congress person or the president. No one answers when the FBI has been contacted, police only ignore complaints or take victims in for psychiatric assessments, no one at homeland security or any other law enforcement agency ever answers. We are probably put on their terror watch lists, instead and further investigated or surveilled as has been reported by some.

The tables are turned against us always and the system never works for us. Our congress person’s pass along our reports and requests for help to identified persons who do not reply to us while we wait in vain for someone to help us find protection for our lives.

Someone needs to take this on. We cannot be suppressed without a voice any longer – this is an outrage against humanity.

Laws must be written that stand hard and fast that protect citizens from all harmful technologies such as RFIDs, chemical sprays or gasses, directed energies, neural experimentation through involuntarily implanted chips, or influencing or effecting the human body or mind in any way through the walls of our homes or at any time against all advance, informed consent and at all times. Surveillance technologies used by spy agencies must be stopped.

All spy agencies, the military, the government and all corporations and researchers must be held to laws against using these tracking devices such as RFIDs, satellites (http://satweapons.com), or any surveillance of private citizens who are not the terrorists.

Open books on all technologies being developed for use against human beings must be made public due to their being used to torture and destroy innocent citizens’ lives. These atrocities must be fully vetted and exposed to the public.

The public’s trust of our government depends upon being sure our public is safe from vicious and heinous attacks of citizen’s lives for the sake of developing weapons to be used against government-sanctioned enemies of state or terrorists. We must not put citizens on lists to have their lives destroyed with through wall technologies and other surveillance or tracking devices that are over-used in over-bloated departments used for national security that are protected by the state secrets privileges the public has not way to investigate or be informed from.

The Bioethics Commission doesn’t want to hear from us. We have no way of knowing who is doing what to our bodies, lives and health as well as to our loved ones so how are we to provide to OHRP the title of any human experiment we are in? The loopholes governing human experimentation are great with huge and dire ramifications.

There are no laws against departments or agencies perpetrating horrific human experiments on involuntary or uninformed victim’s only guidelines. Deceptive practices in human experiments have already been exposed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_experimentation_in_the_United_States ). These deceptions and harms being perpetrated against society must be outlawed and the persons brought to justices who have harmed society in these atrocities against the public.

Advanced technologies as well as chemical sprays, gassings, neural or other physical implants, surveillance, as well as all the directed energy weapons used on victims must be exposed. This activity must be stopped and the truth must be brought to light.

The public must play a huge part in knowing how money is spent, to what companies or what contractors, or who in spy agencies including military and all law enforcement for the public’s safety. There must be no immunity for the perpetrators of these atrocities against humanity.
