South Bay | Global Justice and Anti-CapitalismPolice Move In on Occupy San Jose
The police moved in on the San Jose Occupation in front of City Hall last night. 8 police vehicles arrived in the middle of the night (Sunday night). Police told people to pack up and some moved out of their sight. One person was cited under a no-camping ordinance and given a ticket but bravely chose to remain. As of this afternoon he was still at the encampment.

Mainstream media making a big deal out of lower numbers at the encampment, but they come and go at different times and occupancy shifts throughout the day. Don't worry we are still here. Come by and visit!
