The reason news about kaiser is not printed is because it pays over 40 million A YEAR to newspapers for advertising. That's just a smidgen of what kaiser pays put to protect itself against having to not obey any/all laws. To be fair, KCRA did go to so sac facility but kaiser would not allow them in to find out about the murdered employee.
Kaiser got to keep the news from being AIRED in the media about an employee murdered on the job at the a south Sacramento, CA. medical facility! SO, KAISER PAYS its way to keep the public from knowing anything negative. If you can get away from hiding a murdered employee then you can get away with anything ( so sexual battery is easier to cover up) and no one knows that there is a murderer lurking & wondering around within their mist. The FBI & the local police never alerted the public. How is that in the interest of protecting the public? Or the employees who were told the murdered victim committed suicide by putting a plastic bag over his own head and broke his own neck. His body was dead for 6 hours and THEN EMT's did a tracheotomy?????? AFTER he was moved to an above floor not ever used.... BY THE DOCTOR IN CHARGE! ANY ONE can tell you that a person's body who's death is suspicious is never moved until a coroner gives permission! He was only 32 years old , left a young wife and 1/half year child. This happened in 1994 and the public is still unaware that a murderer is still walking around SOME WHERE.
Kaiser never reported the murder or even as a suicide to OSHA. Department keys from his restricted workplace were stolen 2 months prior & never reported to OSHA either. His co-worker was scared to death & PREVENTED from going fwd to talk with the media. N o employee including her, ever ever received any type of grief counseling as supposed to be done by an employer.
BTW: DOES THE Sacramento DA know whether this person(s) was ever caught and that there is NO statute of limitations on murder!?!
This does PROVE THAT KAISER can get away with anything and has accountability to no one! ISN'T THAT AS JUST AMAZING AND OUTRAGEOUS AS IT GETS???? Why am I not surprised with this behavior from the creator of THRIVE according to his bio. Actually, Kaiser personnel had this type of reputation in the 1950's when Timothy Leary ran the Northern California Behavioral Health division. I guess nothing really has changed.

There are so many inconsistencies in this story. The "court documents" look altered and exhibit A (which by the way was handwritten on printer paper) is laughable at best.

His Vice President who uses a fake name Gay Westfall/Westphall is African American and

replaced the current Vice PResident of HR who was caucasian. He also replaced Mary anne thode with Gregory Adams . He has went down the line and it is not about race but diversity means other minorities as well, not just african americans.

After reading about the employee suicide in South Sac in 1994, I thought it seemed similiar to another employee suicide in Fresno, Ca in 2017 or 2018. A housekeeper "suposedly" killed himself in the radiology Dept. We were told he strangled himself in nuclear medicine room by putting rope around his neck and slamming the door. For us that knew him, we questioned the event. We talked to employee day before and he told us about his plans for the following day, and events of his kids soccer games coming up. Suicide really seemed impossible. We never heard of it on the news, and I doubt it was reported to OSHA or any other entities. After reading the story about other employee, I have to wander just how many other unknown kaiser suicides there are.

I went to courthouse and pulled records. Also validated it thru a attorney family friend. Records are real.
