The Adventist Health System and Cerner corporation have engaged in a massive criminal conspiracy to cover up glitches in their electronic systems and the Adventist Health System has illegally deleted thousands of medical records of injured workers and patients who have been harmed by the electronification glitches. The hospital has also blamed nurses and doctors for this malpractices. Patricia Moleski who blew the whistle has had her home shot at and her car fire bombed and government officials including Senator Chuck Grassley and Attorney General Eric Holder have failed to protect her and have also refused to investigate and call for action on these crimes.

A major issue for public health and safety in the US and internationally is the manipulation of electronic medical records by the corporations to limit their liability for malpractice on
patients and injured workers who are entitled to workers compensation. Two corporations, Adventist Heath System and Cerner have according to former Adventist Health System IT worker Patricia Moleski illegally manipulated their records to limit liability and violated privacy laws and other protections.
She also discovered that due to a glitch in the electronic system at Adventist Health System improper drug injections were being given leading in some cases to the deaths of patients. This was also covered up by the company according to Moleski.Patricia who went under cover with the FBI to expose the Federal and State crimes also came under physical attack herself when her home was shot at and her car was firebombed.

Although this information has been provided to members of Congress and Senator Chuck Grassley as well as Attorney General Eric Holder no action has been taken both to protect Patricia Moleski and prosecute blatant violations of the law. A press conference was also held outside the US Justice Department to demand Attorney General Holder that he investigate and prosecute
but the cover-up continues.
