Please Help Fry's Employees Keep Their Jobs
When I went to Fry's Electronics at Hamilton and Winchester blvd in San Jose I had a very odd encounter with an employee.
In my conversation with the employee I found out that Fry's employees (at least at that one store) are required to collect at least one positive written review from a customer every day. Since I was already impressed with this employee's friendlyness and helpfullness of course I wrote that person a stellar review. However, I am concerned that Fry's may be serious about requiring such reviews be handed in every day as part of their employee performance requirements. If you do decide to shop at Fry's, be sure to ask at least one employee about this policy and if it applies at that store, please be sure to write that employee a good review. We don't want to see any employees lose their jobs over such a silly and assinine policy. Thank you.
