May Belongs to the Working Class!
Come celebrate May Day with the Party for Socialism and Liberation!
PSL Forum and discussion, Friday, May 6, 7pm
2969 Mission St., San Francisco

May 1st is International Worker's Day! The holiday began as a celebration of the sacrifices of workers in the 1886 three day strike in Chicago. After police murdered four striking workers at a machine plant, workers from all over the city gathered in Haymarket Square to demonstrate their solidarity with the fallen. After a probable frame-up, the Chicago police put several strike leaders on a show-trial that resulted in their lynching. We are now seeing a resurgence in the struggle. Workers across the country are showing they are prepared to fight for their right to union representation.

And undocumented workers are standing up against racist terror. Join us for a discussion and celebration of these struggles, old and new.

We will also discuss the latest events in the Middle East!

2969 Calle Mission, San Francisco
