KPFA is having special May Day Coverage from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., 94.1 FM. It is starting with a sound track of the history of May Day, started in the USA in the struggle for the 8 hour day in the 1880s. This is the 125th Anniversary of May Day!

From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. is the program, followed by a broadcast of the San Francisco May Day March, which starts at noon at 24th and Mission, going to the Civic Center for a program.

Steve Zeltzer, Sabrina Jacobs and others, are the speakers we are hearing. Learn our history and culture and celebrate International Workers Day every year.
