Defend the American Dream
Worker/Student Solidarity Demonstration
Wear a hard hat, nurses uniform, military service uniform, graduation cap or other working person’s gear to our BIG rally. Send a message to Congress that slashing programs for working Americans while protecting the rich and big corporations is unacceptable. Cutting dozens of government programs, Republicans would fire 65,000 teachers, kill 700,000 jobs, and send 10,000 veterans into homelessness. Instead of punishing working Americans, we need to invest in America by making corporations and millionaires pay their fair share.
