Trolley Security/Heritage Security Officers forced to look the other way

by Deep Throat
See below
During certain times of the day (we won't reveal this for public and officer safety) Security Officers working for Heritage providing for public safety and the enforcement of laws are forced to ignore all but the most henious acts committed by patrons. Why is this? More to come.
by Deep Throat
It has to do with qualifying for Federal Grant money and nothing to do with public safety. I wonder what everyone else will say when they find out their safety is being sold?
by concerned
what do you mean so there forced to ignore what
by Deep Throat
All infractions or misdemeanors. Basically unless someone is getting beat down they are required to look the other way.
by insider
So basically the officers have been told to not issue any citations or make any arrest until they have received a total count of 1000 people.
by officer
this is not true. deepthroats claims are exaggerated. officers can and still do make arrest when needed. nobody is any more or less safe just because an inspector is or is not available.
