services, New Leaf. The US Department of Mental Security declares a STATE OF
MENTAL EMERGENCY, and issues an EMERGENCY KUARANTINE of all infected
persons...only to discover, it is the INSTITUTIONS that are INFECTED. The main
source of the infection: the Department of Public Health (DPH). Beware, the
threat remains in effect.
