October Is Black Panther Party History Month
A variety of events are being organized this month by Its About Time & The Black Panther Party Association.
Several events are being held at Oakland public libraries, including:
The exhibit on the Oakland Community School at the MLK Library at 69th and International.
The Bobby Seale exhibit opened October 2 at the West Oakland Library at 18th & Adeline.
On October 14, there will be a book signing event with Donna Murch, author of "Living For The City," at the Main Library
On October 23 is the International Film Festival at the Main Library.
