Sick As Fuck 3 Update!

by Saul Goodman
Update on arrestees from last nights dance party at UCSC
All three have been charged with "assaulting a peace officer" and "attempted lynching" which is a scary (and insensitive!) way to say the three have been alleged to have been in a crowd in which took people out of police custody.
Two have been bailed out as of this morning. A third comrade is in jail at the moment while we're working with the bail bond people to get her out.
The pigs are the ones who rushed us, tackling our friends and throwing punches. These are trumped-up, politically-oriented (and bullshit) charges.
Support site up soon, this is gonna be costy!

All three are currently out of jail!
When are American forces with unlimited power going to be challenged by Americans for once? People don't fight back over here like they do in other countries.
by And take your user-"commrades"
...with you.

You are users. You infiltrate the campus. You use the pretext of a party when in fact you've pre-planned politicial action. You let naive students get busted while you stand on the sidelines and avoid the same repercussions.

Essentially, you're a pimp using the kids as whores.

Go away. OccupyCA can kiss my slug ass.
by Michael
Students WERE being arrested, and the kids who weren't students sacrificed themselves so the slugs wouldn't be expelled. That's why they came. Get it? Guess not.
by You're not kidding me
Your spin on the story makes me laugh. Brave non-students altruistically sacrificing themselves to protect the educational future of their Slug brethen?

Yah..that sounds a lot better than "anarchists pretend to throw a dance but their real purpose for the third straight time was to use it for cover and stage a riot or building take over".

The fact that one of those arrested id'ed himself as Luther Blissett pretty much outted the truth and invalidated your fantasy, as noble as that fantasy was.
by AND I'm a UCSC student
...rigggggggt.
by Jus wondering
^what does that mean?
by this
One of the non-students arrested gave that name to arresting officers. That name is a commonly used false-name by anarchists world wide.

That to me means the guy came with a political agenda to start this stupidity, not an innocent dancer going out of his way to protect a ucsc student from expulsion.

.....it means the frosh are getting used, again.
by false
People assemble because they want to not because they were coerced by the evil activists or some shit.

Everyone knows there are pigs trying to rain down everywhere you go. If the frosh don't know this then they probably grew up padded/white.

by false disproved
Don't know where you live champ, but I live in the town where this anarchist crew shows up every year at the start of the UCSC school session.

...as predictable as the Moonies at bus stops waiting for impressionable homeless kids they can sway to their viewpoint.

But hey, I could be wrong; you could be right. So let's work with that assumption as I ask you this question:

Who comes to a "dance" that they planned with the name "Luther Blissett" in their back pocket OTHER than a dedicated anarchist with a pre-game plan? Hmmmm?

...look forward to your reply.

I've lost any sympathy for the student "protest movement" in Cali. When the movement started, it was all about education, and fees going up 50% in less than two years. I had no trouble supporting the movement.

However, when the "movement" degenerated into "destroy the system" and the rest of the anarchist bullshit, it started losing traction with me. After numerous arson fires following a protest at our local CSU where threats to burn the campus down were made, my sympathy quotient went to nearly zero. What sealed the deal was a building occupation protesting a conference co-sponsored by queer community groups.
