Quiet enjoyment and civil rights under the color of law
Date: Tuesday, September 21, 2010
Time: 5:30 p.m.
Location: FLORES SISTERS HOMESTEAD
5008 Fernwood Court
Oakley, California 94561, Contra Costa County

On September 7, 2010
Ralph Martinez, alleging to be a real estate agent and assistant to Cecily Tippery of Coldwell Banker, enforced the eviction of The Flores sisters.
Ralph produced no identification of who he really was, and more importantly, no court documents.

Fortunately, on September 3, 2010
The Flores Sisters had deposited into the county recorder’s an official document to reclaim their title to their property and updated the county records while still in possession of their home.
Under the color of law, the Flores Sisters are and remain the true legal owners of 5008 Fernwood Court, Oakley, California.

This will be a friendly and peaceful event as we support and stand by The Flores Sisters taking possession of their home on Tuesday, September 21, 2010.
