5 arrested, at least a dozen cites under state penal code 647(e). Look that up It's an anti-vagrancy statute dating back to slavery times. Approximately 13 people still on site... waiting for coffee... or sheriffs, whichever comes first.

County Sheriffs and Santa Cruz Police are amassing in numbers for a huge assault upon Peace Camp 2010 ! They are deploying now ! RAID !

First wave complete, written warnings issued. 12 officers deployed with 3 in reserve. Citations will commence in approx. 45 minutes.

Arrests will then commence in approx. 2 hours. REPEAT: Peace Camp 2010 is under siege ! Citations in 30 min. arrests in 2 hours !
