Camarillo, California Police Civil Rights Violations
On March 5, 2010, officers from the Camarillo, California Police Department and Ventura County Sheriff's office violated the civil rights of myself and my roommates. To ensure that this does not recur, I am now filing a civil rights complaint against the same, and I have created a blog (and this thread) to track progress of that action.
My blog's purpose is to, by exercising in full my right to free speech, highlight egregious behavior of the Camarillo, California Police Department and its associated Ventura County Sheriff personnel. For, on March 5, 2010, at 3331 East Barca Street (in Camarillo, California), five [of the aforesaid] officers violated my civil rights. To ensure that the Camarillo Police Department does not continue this egregious behavior, I am preparing both California and U.S. actions against the aforesaid officers, their superiors, the Department, the Ventura County Sheriff, and the contractors that currently collectively serve as the Camarillo City Attorney's Office. Other victims [who were also present during the two-hour period during which said violations arose] are reportedly preparing similar actions now. All documents [diagrams, complaints, moving papers, photographs, and reports] will appear there in Portable Document Format (PDF) files as they become available (and on days where developments unfold along more rapid evolutionary cycles, updates will appear on Twitter at https://twitter.com/AndrewWMarsh).
