we could see from some of the surface streets, some cops giving chase on an elevated ramp
then some protesters on a different ramp moving in the opposite direction
traffic around the affected area becomes a nightmare
the news says it 100+ people being arrested, held here on an off ramp
got onto a roof just across the street from the off ramp
