Seriously. Maybe you should just start having a dress code where you can only come in the building if you smell bad and have 3 patches.
SHEEET.

Dude. You're seriously going to take advantage of Riseup like that? You're gonna use their free hosting that they struggle day in and day out to provide to support our projects, and you're gonna use it to host some weird post-craigslist print classified paper? Dude wtf? You better drop like a G and a half for them. Nevermind, scratch that, this is too fucking stupid. You're gonna get less email than normal people show up to your events.
Freakshow? You're calling this shit freakshow?
Dude, don't we already have this? Oh yea, that's right: craigslist. They even have a whole separate section for us! http://sfbay.craigslist.org/scz/
is why i basically no longer staff at sub rosa.
i'm surprised to see so many negative comments and wonder where they're coming from? i thought all the "radicals" here loved all this subcultural crap. maybe there is yet hope though !

Wow - SINGER!
Why don't you got back to highlighting every person not spelled 'persyn' and dressing like Huck Finn or some lame ass shit.

the comments on indybay are very similar to the comments on the sentinel- prejudice, negative and mindless. please go back to the mainstream with all the other petty, mean people and leave the freaks in peace. thanks.
if you can't tell the difference between someone criticizing you from the left and from the right you are just plain ignorant and/or too thin skinned and how is that going to help you build a radical movement? these are serious questions and we've yet to see a serious response from SR or the creators of this aptly named freakshow...
As usual, we HAVE heard from those who are more anarchist than thou, people who's primary radical activity is sitting back criticizing others. Sometimes even radicals want to do something because it is beautiful, fun, or amusing. Art is like that, but I know that it isn't revolutionary enough for you.
And yes, some of us have donation to Indybay. How about you>

it's an ad hominem followed by a non sequitur. both of them totally spurious. like this whole project. nice job.
sometimes it is the place of revolutionaries to criticize one another, or to respond to criticism. and not just by dissembling about the fact that you are using indybay, riseup and sub rosa to promote this paper craigslist, or by pretending that anyone who criticizes you has never done anything but (and implying that you deserve to never be critiqued), but by explaining why it is a good use of anyone's time.

spurious is exactly what it is.
It's not relevant enough? Not serious enough? They might respond if they understood what yr beef was.
It's just an anachronism in the era of Craigslist, or other digital boards where you can sell or trade pretty much whatever you damn well please. It's like public radio, a cool thing in its time, but inevitably doomed in an Internet world.
It takes time to put together a pub like this, time that could be spent on other actions.

i am glad to see an articulate criticism, as misguided as it is. radio remains a powerful medium for information exchange. example: 101.1FM. all you need is a $5 radio to listen, as opposed to access to craigslist requiring computer equipment and internet access which many take for granted and assume because they have it everyone must. paper is also an excellent way to communicate and connect. it can be handed out to anyone and all you need to do is know how to read, and if not, find someone who can read to you. no electricity required. you can actually use the the sun to see.
hmmm.... complaining that people smelly, criticizing what they wear, and saying something is 'stupid' because you cannot understand the value of it yourself, transcends being 'left' or 'right'.... there is nothing radical about being a jerk.
