Oscar Grant’s young life was rippedaway from his daughter and family onNew Year’s Day, 2009. He was shotexecution style with his face to theground by Oakland BART officerJohannes Mehserle. Oscar’s murderwas filmed & posted on youtube.comwhich ignited firestorms of protest inOakland. Mehserle’s trial was movedto L.A., escaping Oakland’s outragedcommunity. L.A. judge Perry, whocovered up the Rampart/CRASHscandal, is assigned the case.
Mehserle is the 1st cop in Californiato be tried for on-duty murder. Wecannot allow another killer cop to bereleased back into the community.Mehserle must be convicted for thecold blooded murder of Oscar Grant.
