San Francisco has $6.9 Billion dollar budget. Most people from other Cities in America do not believe that but that is a fact. Today, we are over $600 million in the hole and growing. Most everything that is required to give our constituents living in San Francisco - sound Health and Safety are lacking.
Yet, the man will look you in the EYE and LIE.
Gavin Newsom latest ploy is the Stimulus Plan. Many decent Mayors and Governors will NOT touch the Stimulus Plan and its many rules and machinations. But, this fool is taking this City down the wrong path and into the CESSPOOL that he is famous for.
San Francisco does not need the Central Sub-way. Fix the Third Street Light rail - connect it to Balboa - to some hub that makes sense. Today, it ends in the middle of no where - a $700 million dollar project. District 10 constituents did not get help - and many sell outs made money - cheating the Federal Government.
Two years ago City Build meant to help our youth garner jobs - wasted $7 million dollars. Last year City Build wasted over $20 million dollars and this year will waste more. These fools can manage a Work Force Program. Last year we had over $1.5 Billion dollars construction programs in San Francisco - but less then 5% of the jobs went to San Franciscans. The City and County of San Francisco, its Human Rights Commission Compliance Officers are impotent and cannot enforce basic laws - at any construction site.
The Mayor and other talk the talk but cannot walk the walk. Big Developers pay into the coffers of Mayor Gavin Newsom and get away with murder. While all the time the Mayor makes small talk - and tries to hoodwink innocent people - mostly hard working San Franciscans.
For years this man has failed to look after this City and County of San Francisco. Thousands of Small Businesses have left San Francisco. We cannot bring them back. Thousands of decent families with good children have left San Francisco. We cannot bring them back.
The San Francisco Unified School District is in a mes and will soon start selling its schools. There are no children in large numbers - attending some of the schools. Decent parent and not going to put their children in harms way. Not for a second.
Over 7000 children are truants in San Francisco. Hundreds live in cars, in boarded up buildings, under bridges, in ware houses that are not used. It is a pathetic scene and all this in San Francisco one of the RICHEST Cities in the world.
The Pacific Heights Mafia know about this and encourage such issues - waiting to come pounce on the people and take away their land. Most of this in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco. Already, the crooks have established offices in the area - one Bayshore the old Macy's building. At Executive Park - now know as Candlestick Point. These fools have failed our City and County of San Francisco and are taking this once great City over the precipice and down into the CESSPOOL - that is the making of Gavin Newsom - a Racist.
San Francisco is becoming a Third World Country - hundred of businesses are board up on Market Street and more on Union Street, Chestnut Street - and other well known business corridors.

The very areas - each and every one of them has had killings and shootings - boarded up units, and people in despair. Imagine fifty percent unemployment and people on drugs and disorientated - zombies, walking here, there, every where with nothing to do.The last time many of these folks had a decent meal is weeks ago. Every day they go out to find something - but they get nothing - imagine doing this for years on end. That is the legacy Gavin Newsom has left - and that is the legacy Sophie Maxwell has left.
Hundreds of these women and men go to jail - and guess why at least there they get three meals a day and some semblance of life. Sophie Maxwell invited San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and an small area was enlarged to a very large area. Over 2568 acres were declared a Survey Area including the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard that was never, ever contemplated to be part on any Survey Area - and now a Project Area. The Project Area is so big - that over 30,000 units are projected in the pipe line. Behind these projects the Pacific Heights Mafia.
Just like that the Citizens Advisory Committee to the Shipyard that never had a Quorum was enlarged and sell outs appointed by the Mayor, Gavin Newsom - to do his bidding.
Just like that most of the Commissioners linked to Southeast Facility were appointed by Mayor Gavin Newsom - most of them sell out. Selling out the community for stale bread crumbs.
The Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee had sell outs for a long time - but in recent months the last nine months - we have seen some members fight for the community. But, when this happened - hell broke loose - and there were folks trying to intimidate and carry out all sorts of threats - on those BVHP PAC members wanting to do the right - thing.
Why would anyone want to build 10,500 homes on toxic land? Who does the Mayor think will live on these homes? And why would anyone believe for a single moment that Lennar a Rogue Developer - despised in Florida, New Mexico, Southern California, Mare Island, Vallejo - be received kindly in San Francisco and District 10?
Lennar has a track record of building inferior homes on Toxic Land all over the Nation. Just google their name and find out - for yourself.

Most people that are educated on issues want development but the development must embrace Quality of Life issues. The land must be cleaned and then developed. It could be cleaned and left as Open Space - once they were Wet Lands - restore the Wet Lands.

Parcel E and E2 have serious radiological issues. As we speak there is a RAGING FIRE - underground and no one can do anything about it. The SF Fire Department is NOT equipped to handle this situation.
The Bayview Police Station does not have the ability to respond to such a situation - where they will be called but do not have the Safety Equipment to address Radiological Issues. Why put our Fire and Police personnel in harms way. Even the Federal Emergency Management Agency is fully aware of this situation and has warned the City and County of San Francisco. But the SF Police Department and the SF Fire Department - have been kept in the dark.
Yearly, over 20,000 tons plus of METHANE Gas spews into the air. One ton of Methane Gas equal twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide.
What has Mayor Gavin Newsom to say about this? This one factor negates all the Green Projects and so called fake sustainable projects the Mayor has in mind.
But, the idiot will NOT mention this fact. This chronic situation affects the whole of San Francisco, Brisbane, Burlingame, Daly City, even Oakland - if the wind takes these pollutants to any area - that area is affected.
The Bay Area Air Quality Management District has failed San Francisco and its constituents.
