SF Department of Elections announces Sophie Maxwells RECALL raw count - 8008 signatures.

After the very difficult time we had negotiating the process to first post the Recall of Intention in a Public Newspaper accepted by the SF Department of the Elections, then fine-tune the language to the Recall Petition itself that would be used on the Signature Petition and finally collect the signatures in inclement weather in less then 15 days. If all this was NOT a miracle - I do not know what is.

So, finally we made it to the SF Department of Election on Friday - a little before closing time that is 5 pm and the signatures were clocked in, the final acceptance forms signed - and the SF Department of Elections has now informed us - that the Raw Count is 8008.

The number of signatures required to put the Recall of Sophie Maxwell, the District 10 inept Supervisor is 7529. So, with this 8008 number - the possibility to sail along, enter deep waters, survive the storms, and then finally make to harbor - are at best - possible in fair weather.

We know God is on our side - and those that do not believe in Him say otherwise - but, we also know - " that God helps those that help themselves". So, given the unique circumstance we have done our best.

The process now includes a random pick of about 500 signature forms each containing 10 at the maximum and one at the least - and then the SF Department of Elections - will decide according to a formula they set - and which is flexible - if the 8008 signature will qualify for the June, 2010 Ballot. About 60% percent sets the Green Signal - if not - each and every signature will have to be validated until the required goal and number has been reached - 7529!

The paradox is that Sophie Maxwell was elected with less votes then is required to Recall her - and still less votes then our Raw Count that we vetted. There is no doubt thousands of people do not want this corrupt, inept woman in office. We heard that all the time - and everywhere we went.

The SF Department of Elections started counting yesterday, Monday February 1, 2010 and within a day or two the results should be announced. I hope the SF Department of Elections permits the District 10 constituents at the helm of affairs to witness the counting and more the checking of the signatures.

We are after all a Democracy and in this Democracy of Sorts - Accountability is taken for granted but seldom exercised and as for Transparency it hardly exists - not at City Hall in San Francisco and less with a corrupt Mayor Gavin Newsom and still corrupt SF Department of Election, Commission and Arnold Townsend as the Chair.

The bees are buzzing and I have received a number of telephone calls to find out more about what really is happening about the recall?

Well, the SF Department of Elections is the best source to find out. What is the exact process and what exactly has occurred on any day and any time from say 8 am to about 5 pm - when the office of John Arntz the Director, of the SF Department of Elections is open - to the public at large - and depending on your status - an official, press member, inquisitive cat, gossip monger - they in the SF Department of Elections can figure that out in a giffy.

The SF Department of Elections comes under the jurisdiction of the California,Secretary of State and if some one is NOT satisfied one call to the California, Secretary of State of even an e-mail will get you - more then a quick response.

The many prospective candidates waiting on the side-lines do not know what to do - why this RECALL they ask?


Well, every student or representative wants a nice Report Card after Graduation or at the end of the term. Sophie Maxwell has been an abject failure - and deserves a Report Card that has been vetted by the people she represents.

She can then post that Report Card on her MIRROR or on her WALL - and remember for the rest of her life - that she should not promise to represent the people - and SHAFT them. According to the facts - she deserves a F- and that is what the people she supposedly represents - say on the streets that have been pounded in inclement weather.

The movement to RECALL came after much deliberation. One pertinent factor was Sophie Maxwell's disregard for our children. When questioned about the adverse impacts to our children in District 10 by Lennar a Rogue Developer and what is she doing about it - her response: " I do not care". " Go ahead and do what you can about it".

Well, Sophie Maxwell you mother Enola Maxwell is turning in her grave. And you know that. But, this time around - you have messed with the Righteous and the games, ploys, and machinations - have all come to an END.

To the many Polynesians, nay Samoans, the Latinos, the Asians, the decent Blacks and Whites, others - we say thank you. Most importantly, the children thank you for your fortitude and ardent support.

Repent but what is of paramount importance - is concrete, RESTITUTION.
