Signatures IN - time for the COUNT and then the final RECALL of inept - SOPHIE MAXWELL.

Sophie Maxwell has been put on NOTICE and be RECALLED.

All the gimmicks she has carried on for so long - will soon come to an end. Her career in the political field is over. At the end of any sound graduation - one gets good grades and a certificate - rejoice. Well, Sophie Maxwell will get a F- and a total rejection from those she chose to REPRESENT but did not. She will always be remembered as a total - failure. Her grades a reflection of her very poor representation and blatant - corruption.

Well, as much as we want to believe we live and exercise DEMOCRACY in San Francisco - we do not.

Only, those that choose to take on the CORRUPT SYSTEM - understand this. Corrupt forces - many worse than any dictatorial system - will crush any entity or group that comes their way. Such are the forces that exist in San Francisco. Most supported by the Pacific Heights Mafia - the home and stay of some so called leading REPRESENTATIVES in Washington DC.

District 10 has been used as pawn.

For too long have too many innocent constituents used like a dirty rag. Sophie Maxwell backed by corrupt forces such as the former Mayor of San Francisco Willie L. Brown Jr. will see some of his ploys and machinations - played before his failing eye sight. One of them will be Sophie Maxwell. I know Enola Maxwell the mother of Sophie Maxwell - is rolling in her grave. I knew her very well.

Sophie Maxwell better make arrangements to leave town - the stench she leaves reaches far beyond District 10 - it has polluted the entire City and County of San Francisco. Her abject rejection to serve our community and address concerns linked to our children - is pathetic to say the least.

One would have thought this BLACK woman who purports to be Middle Class but thinks and acts - as one who has little eduction, less etiquette, and still less the ability to adjudicate would have embraced the poor, those Blacks that have not been given opportunities, given some credence to the life of her mother Enola Maxwell - and her saintly life - always helping people - but NO.

Sophie Maxwell lived in Public Housing - but soon forgot her roots. To this day she looks down on poor people and thinks no end of pathetic - self. Time will tell.

Sophie Maxwell chose the path to destruction - making promises and shafting people - left, right and center. Remember, folks there is a God and each one of us has a conscience - we must fine tune our moral compass to take ourselves and others to a better place. One has to be spiritual and understand that humanity mandates compassion - especially when one chooses the path of service as do - politicians.

It is so sad for folks like the Polynesians more the Samoans and for a leader like Pastor Alex Toeaina and his congregation to say - we worked hard to put Sophie Maxwell in office and what we got were vague promises and nothing less and nothing - more. " We got nothing".

It is so sad to hear the pleas of so many Black mothers that have lost their children to sickness, killings, and lack of services to the District 10 community.

The Latinos, the Asians, others, be they Black or Whites - do not know who Sophie Maxwell is but have heard about her corrupt ways. Thousands of signatures were collected by the Asian community linked to the MUNI bus changes and delivered to Sophie Maxwell - she threw them the waste-paper basket. Never even called some one like Marlene Tran to acknowledge the work of collecting over 4000 signatures. Such arrogance cries to heaven for justice - and God Willing the person who has over looked the constituency of District 10 - will be history.

Sophie Maxwell has surrounded herself by mostly Black sell outs and all of them are on the run, now.Their tails between their legs - they do not know where to hide - but we can sniff them out.

Some of them signed our petitions - others do not know what to do, but admit SOPHIE MAXWELL let the community down. Sophie Maxwell has pandered to corrupt Whites and to the Pacific Heights Mafia - that is bent to take our land and make us pawns.

On the Third Street corridor hundreds of high density homes have been built and thousands are in the pipe-line - Sophie Maxwell has made sure she has received some benefits. All that and more will be investigated. It is so sad to put folks in small units - where the rooms are so small that you cannot fit a Queen size bed - that leaves no space to move around.

Sophie Maxwell lives in a Victorian Mansion on Jerrold Street off Third Street. Has carved her house off the Project Area and is defying the norms and laws that others must abide.

While smaller units are being built with inferior material and you can go the Third Street and see for yourself. Most of these units will go empty - because no one wants to live less has the money to occupy such expensive units. In the interim - hundreds of home owners mostly Black are in foreclosure for one reason or the other.

The ever increasing Asian and Latino population is also affected by the present dire economic state of affairs and many seek solace but get nothing in return.

In District 10 with the exception of Potrero Hill - where the White yuppies live - the rest of District 10 is vulnerable and adversely affected by actions stemming from - and Sophie Maxwell, who does not give a hoot. Well, the people have spoken - her name will be on the Ballot and she must go - one way or another. She must be history.

This clarion call goes all the Supervisors from each and every District - and there are Eleven of them. Please do your job and represent the people and if do not - you will be RECALLED.

As for Sophie Maxwell - she must repent and apologize to the community she has hurt.

Sophie Maxwell must pay restitution - she just cannot say something - and think the community will forgive her. She must pay restitution and that will be decided by the Constituents of District 10 in San Francisco in public. Failure to do that - will mandate severe consequences for her and her cronies - that are very corrupt and on the take. Most of them of Lennar's payroll.

It is a shame that Sophie Maxwell dumb as she is does not care that the Bayview Hunters Point is not on the Tourist Map. It simply does not exists - and I brought that to the attention of the SF Board of Supervisors and this SF City and County of San Francisco.

The SF Commerce and other Tourist Entities do not give a damn about Bayview Hunters Point.

It is time that this RACIST - City and County of San Francisco - change its ways and learn to respect human beings and be compassion. After all we are named after Saint Francisco Assisi - but fail to even remember the history of this City - less, what it stands for.

The Recall of Sophie Maxwell has sent shock waves to SF City Hall - and rightly so.

The Main Press has been silent but will soon wake up. God has been good to those that have deemed fit to represent the people and remove the corrupt from the rank and file of corrupt entities. thanks to our Sisters, Brothers, Elders that weathered the inclement weather and collect so many - signatures.

If God is with you there is nothing to FEAR - and those that fear the corrupt have no place - living and trying to make a better place for the rest of us. The many living dead - who accept corruption and blatant lies - have no place in a just and fair - society.

Our children and elders come first - the rest can wait - but right now - Sophie Maxwell must go and history record that - event.
