China Considers Banning Slaughter of Dogs and Cats for Food and Fur

We have just learned thorugh the Mike Malloy Radio Program last night that the Chinese government is contemplating a new law that will entirely ban all slaughtering of dogs and cats for food and fur in all areas of China. A huge petition has been signed by tens of thousands of middle class and upper class guardians of dogs and cats in China to stop this barbaric practice.
