The signatures are IN and Maxwell is ABOUT - this June the Ballot will say - RECALL SOPHIE
Soon, the SF Department of Election will be presented sufficient signatures to validate a Ballot Measure this June, 2010 that will say RECALL SOPHIE MAXWELL. The third time is always a charm. Sophie Maxwell has with INTENT sided with a Rogue Developers - Lennar and has NOT lifted her finger to save our children and elders from harm. She has totally neglected the Samoan community - more the Latinos, the Asians, and others that pay taxes and are good constituents. The refrain on the street: " SOPHIE MAXWELL MUST BE RECALLED".
When Scott Brown took a valid SENATE seat that had been held by the Democrats for over 49 years and that too by ranking senior Senator Ted Kennedy - many were shocked. The many Independents made the decision to send the Democrats a lesson.
Well, the same is going to happen is San Francisco. When the signatures will be validated and the RECALL measure is put on the BALLOT this June, 2010 - the many crooked and corrupt politicians will think twice.
Sophie Maxwell got into office with a measly 4000 votes in an area that has a population of little over 40,000 where less then 25% of the population care to register to vote and lesser still to vote.
It is all because folks like Sophie Maxwell - who is NOT educated on issues has taken the route to make money, is on the take, and give a rat' ass when it comes to listening to those that hurt - especially our children and our elders.
Sophie Maxwell has divided the community - created animosity - with many mostly Black sell outs - making hay while the sun is shinning. All this nonsense will stop. Watch out Lola Little and Aurelous Walker. Angelo King, Veronica Hunnicutt, Doris Vincent, Linda Richardson - the many other sell outs that are watching this RECALL - carefully and rightfully - so.
The RECALL has not been easy - we, have had to toil hard in inclement weather - use our fortitude, spirituality, and tenacity to collect signatures when most people would give up after a hour or two. Our dear Sisters, Brother, and Elders have stood for hours outside stores, places where people congregate to collect the valid signatures.
To sign this Recall Measure Petition one must live in District 10 and be a Registered Voter. Something, has NOT been done like this - ever.
To make RECALL difficult - Jake McGoldrick introduced a Ballot Measure to make the process more difficult - using the State Standards for Local politicians.
The difficulty is that District 10 is large stretching from Potrero Hill to Sunnydale and includes Little Hollywood, Dog Patch, Silver Terrace, Portola Distict, Bayview Hunters Point, Candlestick Point, James Town and more.
The constituency from Potrero Hill are far apart from Sunnydale. And the constituency from Executive Park from say Huntersview. Those living in a gated community like Silver Terrace are far removed from those living in Oakdale Public Housing.
District 10 is the largest District and run by the most incompetent Black woman politician in the Nation. This woman has with INTENT voted against her community - not once but many times.
Sophie Maxwell has encouraged a Rogue Developer to build homes on a Superfund Site - where Depleted Uranium was first tested. One bomb left Hunters Point to be dropped on Japan - killing millions of innocent people. Radiation large animals - have been buried all over Hunters Point. The entire Watershed has been polluted - Sophie Maxwell, in her ignorance thinks nothing of all these pertinent facts. With her low IQ - the facts simply do not register.
The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund Site. The SF Board of Supervisors - the majority of them have no detail clue about the state of affairs - linked with the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
Today, People Organized to Win Employment Rights (POWER) is taking some of the ignorant Supervisors for a tour. I hope they learn something.
I feel this tour is a little too late. The majority of the Supervisors do not care - and the only recourse is to remove them from office when they do not listen to the majority of the people. It is NOT our business to give these ignorant folks a tour - when that should be the responsibility of RESPONSIBLE Regulatory Agencies - and City Departments that should be looking after the interests of the constituents of District 10 and the City and County of San Francisco - as a whole.
The SF Health Department and Drs. Mitch Katz and Rajiv Bhatia have failed the people of District 10.
The Environmental Protection Agency has failed District 10.
The Bay Area Air Quality Management District has failed District 10.
Other Regulatory Agencies - local, State, and Federal have failed the constituents of District 10 because corrupt politicians have made calls and forced them to avoid dealing with the TRUTH.
Thousands have died a slow death because of the actions of very corrupt politicians. Now, Rouge Developers want to build homes on very toxic land. We, Stop Lennar Action Movement is the only entity that took on our politicians and the Regulatory Agencies. We have a good and sound track record.
No one entity can harm the children and for a moment think - they can go scott free - they all have BLOOD on their hands. In this case, leading the pack - is Sophie Maxwell.
At the end of the business day today - the SF Department of Elections, in the basement of City Hall - will be given signatures that have been vetted.
This will make the work for the SF Department of Elections - easier. The President of the SF Election Commission - Arnold Towsend can be rest assured that all will be well. He will NOT have to use undue influence - as he tried to do with Proposition F. Other despicable entities - would be wise not to use their ploys and machinations - to interfere - with due process.
The California, Secretary of State will be apprised on every move. This way - fair practices will remain in place and those that play FAIR will have nothing to fear - but, those that choose to use corrupt ploys and machinations - will be monitored and reported - for quick action.
We have hope in John Arntz and his Department - he is the Director of the SF Department of Elections.
The many prospective candidates for District 10 will be in for a sure - surprise.
Most of them think they have it good, now - but as I said they all will be in for a surprise - once they enter the fray.
