When close to 80 women in hats descended on Delray Beach in south Florida, tourists and residents alike took notice.
Vicki Ryder and the SoFlo Raging Grannies hosted the Raging Grannies Unconvention this year. Canadians and Americans united against war and raged along Atlantic Avenue, singing their way through a street fair.
