Napa Valley College shows solidarity with statewide protests and rallies.

An '"Activist/Organizer Workshop" was held at the Napa Valley College Tent City. The Tent City is a hub for students to come together and do homework, plan future action, and simply hang out.

once again, props to Gopal Dayaneni for coming up with that Star Wars metaphor. He used that during a presentation for the Anne Braden Program, a training program for white anti-racist organizers run by the Catalyst Project in SF. I butchered it a little, but I hope people got the point still.

and serious respect goes out to the organizers of the Napa Valley College campout. Our comrades there in Napa have demonstrated some serious commitment, solidarity and understanding of what it takes to build a revolutionary movement- primarily by building relationships both within and outside of the explicitly "radical" community and by being solid. I'm constantly inspired by this group
