Hunters Point, Candlestick Point-the last frontier that should NOT be delivered to GREED.

At Hunters Point there were once two hills. Much of the hills were demolished to created land with land fill to destroy the wet lands. Ninety five of the current land Parcels B, C, D, E, F, G, UC1 and the many other parcels that will be carved and named by the U.S. Navy. These parcels all come under the jurisdiction of the United States Navy - but no one would ever know it - the way Mayor Gavin Newsom, Michael Cohen, the evil so called politicians the likes of Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer and others that are all in bed - to favor the evil designs of developers like - LENNAR.

Much of San Francisco by the water-front has been developed. Much of it without sound planning and the present sky line defies sound planning and less gives the viewer less of harmony. Ugly tall sky scrapers having been popping here, there, and everywhere. Much of the recent tall story buildings are vacant - greedy developers are practically giving huge discounts for folks to come live in the units and businesses to lease the commercial space - for half the the going price.

Today, thousands of housing units are empty in San Francisco. Thousands of families have left San Francisco. Children are rare and where they are found they have NO - opportunities. Today, those few making a living - favor a life-style that does not incorporate children - as many of us understand - having lived with a father, a mother and siblings.

Fostering this disgusting planning, haphazard to say the least, defying sound planning of buildings and throwing Quality of Life issues to the wind - it the SF Planning Department and the Department of Building Inspection. You see this arrogant attitude when you attend the San Francisco Planning Commission meetings. These folks pretend to read the many plans that come for their review, they pretend to listen to the public at large. At the end of the day they in the majority - pander to the corrupt and mostly to the Big Developers.

Some three hundred years ago most of San Francisco was pristine. What made this area unique were the large areas of wet land - important to the eco-system that many are just beginning to understand. There were rivers and streams flowing from Twin Peaks to what is now named Mission Bay. Mountain Lake, Lobos creek and the many creeks all covered up with sordid dirt - most of them in the Southeast Area - how called Hunters Point, Little Hollywood, Visitation Valley, Executive Park - and the recently carved out area called Candlestick Point.

Our San Francisco Board of Supervisor have NO clue what so ever what the Big Developers have in mind. And, if they did some - they prefer to keep silent, take the money and look the other way. Not all the Supervisors but the majority that vote against the people who do not want the land developed before it has been cleaned to the highest standards - as clearly laid down in Proposition P. Proposition P passed in the year 2000 by 87% - yes, eighty seven percent.

Lennar is a Rogue Developer that has a track record of harming innocent folks. Lennar does not think twice to build homes on toxic land. In fact Lennar has the distinction of building a school on landfill that had buried live bombs. This company that is despised all over this Nation - has been embraced by scoundrels and by the Main Press in San Francisco. The SF Weekly and novice journalist Lauren Smiley whose writing propagate yellow journalism, Sweet Mellisa a transplant from Georgia aka Event Whore - will go out of their way to favor the corrupt and Lennar. Less said about the SF Business Times that are in bed with Lennar.

Lennar has been promised by this corrupt City and County of San Francisco and led at one time by the "thug" Mayor - Willie L. Brown Jr the development of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - the many parcels that still are under the jurisdiction of United States Navy. As a matter of fact - few folks know about this fact - and think - that the entire area at Hunters Point comes under the jurisdiction of the City and County of San Francisco.

It is a fact that the Hunters Point Shipyard is very toxic - from all the activities during the War Effort. Depleted Uranium was first test here. Radiated animals - most large animals cows, horses have been buried all over the Hunters Point Shipyard. Other tests that were carried out - secretly have cause so much harm that the entire "watershed" of the Hunters Point Shipyard is polluted.

The U.S.Navy right now states in the many documents it has released that entire water front areas will not be accessible to anyone. When asked why they state this fact - that the land is polluted and they will not hesitate to tell you the U.S. Navy does NOT want to bear the liability. The general public has no clue about this blatant fact that even as Draft, EIR is being discussed and reviewed - an entire area is adversely impacting all life forms - daily.

So, why is this City and County of San Francisco interested in fast tracking a fake Environmental Impact Report that does not address the factors that contributes progressively, to Quality of Life issues? Why would anyone want to live in the middle of Chernobyl? This City and County of San Francisco brags that it is Green and believes in clean stuff - they call it sustainable. Yet, it wants people to be near the worst polluted areas - an area that has been placed on the Superfund Site. Only the worse of the worst sites are placed on a Superfund Site.

The Navy has released and a copy is available at the Main Library and at other places. The document the Final Historical Radiological Assessment Report. The over 300 Radiological contaminants most of them very toxic and radiological in nature, and very harmful to all living beings - are there for anyone to read. Yet, I guarantee you the Mayor has not read this report, the District 10 Supervisor, Sophie Maxwell (who is being Recalled) has not read this report. I guarantee anyone that if those Supervisors that vote against the community - have read this one document they all would demand the clean up of the entire Hunters Point Shipyard - to the highest standards. And that includes the Watershed - that the U.S. Navy does not want to address - less touch.

It is a shame that the San Francisco Planning Department and the SF Planning Commission is not taking the community seriously. The fake Environmental Impact Report (EIR) linked to Hunters Point Shipyard and Candlestick Point - is deficient. Does not meet the fundamental standards - considering an area that will impacted some 1400 acres directly and indirectly. The Presidio of San Francisco is some 1480 acres - just to give the reader some idea.

The Draft, EIR has been hastily prepared to provide the "thugs", the corrupt, the Pacific Heights Mafia, Michael Cohen, Mayor Gavin Newsom - some grounds to build a stadium. The 49ers - have said it umpteen times they do not want to stay in San Francisco. Soon, the 49ers will have all they want in Santa Clara - a first class facility that will benefit the public at large and the 49ers team. And the world may be surprised if the Giants a base-ball team joins them there - too.

The current Draft, EIR has no sound transportation document.

This was the case at Parcel A - and one developer living on Innez Street outside Parcel A took Lennar to court. The matter was settled out of Court - but few people know this. Lennar on Parcel A - failed to abide by the Dust Mitigation Plans and other Regulatory Laws. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) fined Lennar - $515,000 because we, the people attended the many meeting and forced the BAAQMD to take action. Three employees working for Lennar took Lennar to Court - because of blatant discrimination. The matter was settled out of Court.

LENNAR is behind the Draft, EIR and cannot be trusted. LENNAR will do anything to steal, deceive, and make money - foremost in LENNAR motives is GREED. LENNAR's Board of Director must be ashamed of themselves. I will be send this article to them.

As, I have stated so many times - Lennar will drown in the CESSPOOL of its own making. Lennar is so corrupt that it is making a FOOL of Mayor Gavin Newsom and those SF Board of Supervisor that favor, LENNAR.

At Mare Island part of Vallejo - LENNAR after ten years, LENNAR had nothing to show. Lennar promised to build 10,000 homes and after ten years - declared, bankruptcy. I have said it before and will say it again. Lennar will bring down San Francisco - if this City does not divorce itself from this very corrupt, evil company - both at Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Hunters Point and Candlestick Point should not be delivered to the GREEDy, EVIL, CORRUPT- LENNAR.

This City needs to sending LENNAR packing and cut off its losses while the going is good.
This should be done within the next three months - LENNAR is no good and anyone that has anything to do with LENNAR - has BLOOD on their hands.
