Years after signing a Core Community Benefits Agreement - LENNAR fails to keep its word.

LENNAR is a rogue developers that was first introduced to San Francisco officially way back in 1998 by Willie L. Brown Jr. the, then "thug" Mayor of San Francisco. We must fully comprehend this fact before we throw stones at anyone.

It is a crime that a well know Black sold out the Black community and what is most despicable - continues to do so behind our backs. Do not fault Carmen Policy but you can Willie L. Brown Jr. who thrives on border line corrupt practices.

Willie L. Brown Jr. has single handidly brought about the destruction of the Bayview Hunters Point - planting dubious sell outs - many of whom are "criminals" and still work behind the scenes to benefit from a Rogue Developer like LENNAR - while causing immeasurable damage to Quality of Life Issues and causing the death of our children and elders.

The so called sordid Representative we have - folks like Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Mark Leno - other very corrupt City Officials who are in power and others who jumped ship - folks like Marcia Rosen, Jesse Blout, former Mayor Willie L. Brown - all with "intent" chose to destroy a community, foster gentrification, and give large areas of land to SF Redevelopment the most DESPICABLE quasi-State agency in California.

Waiting in line are the Pacific Heights Mafia that have positioned themselves and have key sell outs most of them Black - many of them Poverty Pimp Pastors - all on the take doing the devil's work.

Any entity that take one single dollar from LENNAR is tainted - that is keeping it real. LENNAR is the devil itself - so if you sleep with LENNAR you have BLOOD on your hands. The fight is on.

You must always remember that L A N D is power.

That is the main reason for centuries - if you read your history - certain folks were NOT permitted to own land. The were kept in ghettos. These vermin mostly loan sharks, preying on poor people, lending money and taking in huge interest, are in our community - the likes of Bernie Madoff and his ilk. The prime movers of Goldman Sachs and others - I need not go into details. They all have their dens in San Francisco.

These vermin not satisfied with stealing land, making money at the expense of the tax payers, hoarding bullion and other precious art - now are poised - to take over the last frontier in the Bayview Hunters Point, Visitation Valley and beyond - but, in going so will meet their doom.

Out of the blues these vermin that targeted the vulnerable made pacts with Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN).

ACORN is already on the Black List and cannot receive Federal Funds and has had many dubious dealings all over the Nation.

Few people know ACORN but these so called advocates decided to act on behalf of the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point and make a pact with the devil itself - LENNAR.

The San Francisco Organizing Project (SFOP) is another dubious organization that has had NOT a single meeting in the Bayview Hunters Point to discuss the Core Community Benefits Agreement (CCBA). But, this evil organization chose to defy justice and fair play and side with the devil. Jesus served the poor and those that needed help - not mammon. I say this because this organization purports to be affiliated with Churches.

The San Francisco Labor Council met with LENNAR to rake in the millions, promised and hoodwink the community. The present Economic Crisis - brought Labor to its knees and as long as we have crooked Labor Leaders - and we have them in San Francisco - the plight of those that do EVIL will be met with Justice. As you sow - so shall you reap. There is something called KARMA.

It is the above document that stole the votes from Proposition F and at the last moment turned the tables in favor of Proposition G.

Today, the sale of Public Trust Land some 23 acres, the debacle at Alice Griffith Public Housing, the fake Transportation Document, the Yosemite Slough fiasco, the many unaddressed Quality of Life Issues are all linked to the Core Community Benefits Agreement that is going no where.

LENNAR is a rogue developer that will look at you straight in the EYE and LIE.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is collecting a lot of data and it is just a matter of time before - the SF Redevelopment Agency is visited and and the many willy nilly deals made in the Bayview Hunters Points - investigated.

There are many individuals that have profited from LENNAR among them Aurelious Walker, Sophie Maxwell, and Lola Whittle. These folks think nothing of being part of the Core Community Benefits Agreement - and selling out the community.

LENNAR has NO intention of keeping promises - LENNAR is a rogue developer. One glaring example it promised to build 10,000 homes at Mare Island and then after 10 years had nothing to show. Then it declared bankruptcy and gave the City of Vellejo - the finger.

The residents of Alice Griffith should NOT be living in and around the area they are living, now. The answer is simple - the area is polluted and it is next to to Superfund Site.

It does not matter if new homes are built - next to a Superfund Site - it still does not solve the problem.

Brand new homes can be built at Sunnydale and everyone accommodated - if this City and County of San Francisco cares. But, do not tell me that HOPE SF will take care of the poor.

Do not tell me that rogue entities like the John Stewart Company, Mercy Housing, Bridge Development, the SF Housing Authority care about people - these entities care about - making money.

The Housing and Urban Development (HUD) - should have nothing to do with the above entities. Federal properties cannot be sold but in this case should NOT be leased to corrupt entities:

The constituents of Bayview Hunters Point have an opportunity to remove the most corrupt Representative - one named Sophie Maxwell. This must be done - quickly to silence those forces that have seen NO action of this kind in recent - history.

There are roughly about 7,800 registered voters in District 10.

We need twenty percent and a little more to get rid of a CANCER.

If WE get 4000 and this in NOT impossible - we can forever hold our PEACE.

Let not drab jerks like Mellisa Sweet the event whore, the Reporter, other vermin like Lauren Smiley, Aurelious Walker, Lola Whittle, Angelo King - the Chronicle and the SF Examiner intimidate the constituents of District 10.

Little Hollywood, Visitation Valley, Portola District, Silver Terrace, Hunters View, Oakdale, Alice Griffith, Kiska Road, Dog Patch, Potrero Hill Public Housing and beyond - you all can make a difference and get rid of of a CANCER that has been plaguing our community - Sophie Maxwell.

This woman has made millions - in office while thousands have been removed and thousands others suffer a slow death. Come on do not sit and wait for something to happen - we must act now and get rid of the CANCER.

Good riddance of bad rubbish. Never mind her term ends in 2010.

The soon we get rid of this very corrupt politician the better.
