At today's arraignment for Z.B. and J.F., two people arrested at Berkeley Friday night, the judge announced that no charges have been filed against them by the district attorney. It was not clear if the people who are still in Santa Rita Jail following the arbitrary arrests Friday night will be released. (Three individual have already been released on bail.)
UC8 supporters are urged to still come to tomorrow's arraignments, as we have not been informed that charges have been dropped for anyone else.
