Urgent Appeal for Witnesses.
Police Brutality, Oakland PD

If you witnessed the OPD assault on Sister Fatima,
light-skin African American Youth
who at the time was 23yr. old,
that occurred a year ago,
on September 19, 2008, around 3 pm,

forcefully and brutally perpetrated by
OPD female officer Maureen Vergara
(caucasian in appearance, Badge # 8562)

PLEASE, COME FORTH !

On 55th and San Pablo, Oakland, near Emery High School
Fatima was slammed against a fence by Vergara, who snatched off Sister Fatima's wig,

and Vergara performed a brutal and lengthy, illegal body cavity search
in broad daylight, right in front of male officers
(Elders, children and teenagers were also at seeing distance)

AGAIN, PLEASE. COME FORTH !

So that we can pursue Justice4Fatima !

Your cooperation is urgently needed,
Fatima has a related court case coming up on Jan 22, 2010.

Fatima, a young pop singer and performing artist,
was sollicited by Officer Miller, white,
who repeatedly offered her money for sex.

By Fatima's 3rd refusal, she has almost hit by police cars,
followed by Vergara's shameful assault on her person.

As a result, Fatima, who filed a complaint with Internal Affairs
within 6 month statute of limitations, that was rejected (surprise...),
is suffering from deep depression & anxiety,
which gravely impacts her artistic career.

On 12-04-09, I personally conducted an intake with Fatima, a sweet, beautiful young Sister at ISARC office,
and it is my professional assessment that her claim is valid.

Please help us helping Sister Fatima in her claim for Justice !
