David Swanson (AfterDowningStreet.org, ProsecuteBushCheney.org, the Washington Director of Democrats.com, and a board member of Progressive Democrats for America) is a prominent voice in the call to have the UC law professor John Yoo prosecuted for war crimes. Cynthia Papermaster is a leading local voice who also calls for the trial of Yoo.

John Yoo 's last class of the semester is November 30th. He resides in the Berkeley Hills on Grizzly Peak. As well as displaying signs, and sharing information with passersby, protesters chalked on a shared driveway which leads to his house. There was also a ritual to banish John Yoo, in which messages of peace and justice were written on pieces of pink paper, then burnt in a metal bucket.

The other user of the driveway, Yoo's neighbor, approved of the chalking and supported the presence of the protesters.

No citations nor arrests were made.
