The National Korean American Service & Education Consortium (NAKASEC) led a rally yesterday in front of Nancy Pelosi's office to to remind the House Speaker, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, and President Obama to recognize the contributions of immigrants and to include immigrants in health care reform proposals.
NAKASEC is based in Los Angeles and has offices in Washington, DC and Chicago. Under their leadership many organizations representing people of color, working families, and immigrants rallied in front of Speaker Pelosi's San Francisco office.
