LENNAR spews diatribe and disinformation before SF Planning Department - shame on SF.
At the SF Planning Commission held November 5, 2009 - LENNAR the Rogue Developer lined up some of its finest LIARS to spew diatribe and what is more try to hoodwink the PUBLIC at large. At the INFORMATION ONLY session prior to the DRAFT Environmental Impact Report being released November 11, 2009 - the SF Planning Department made a FOOL of itself. Lennar is selling a conceptual plan that is a DREAM - the only problem with this DREAM it could be San Francisco's worst - nightmare.
LENNAR is a Rogue Developer that is using Land Banking and the worst ploys and machination in the fiscal world linked to SUNKEN ASSET MANAGEMENT and LAND BANKING to hoodwink the City and County of San Francisco and take this City down the same pathway as has Mare Island and the City of Vallejo that declared bankruptcy after Lennar failed to build the 10,000 homes after ten years - and had nothing to show.
Lennar lined up some of its finest LIARS and what was supposed to be an informational meeting from its inception turned out to be a meeting tailored made for DISINFORMATION. All this happened in Room 400 at City Hall - in front of the SF Planning Commission.
LENNAR is a rogue developer that has failed and is failing all over the Nation.
Lennar cannot win at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. As I have said many times - " no good will ever come at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard". No one can ever desecrate any land - spreading the human remains of the Muwekma Ohone - the First People of San Francisco - and think for one single moment that all will be free. This will never, ever be the case.

Micheal Cohen and others from Lennar and the Municipal Transportation Authority tried to hoodwink the PUBLIC at large but these diatribe fell on deaf years. Both the SF Planning Commission and the Municipal Transportation Authority have no money. Even the Department of Building Inspection has fallen on hard times - so these FOOLS can fool themselves with their conceptual plans - but as I say sometimes - these conceptual plans are mere dreams - you wake up and that could be your worst - nightmare.
The San Francisco Planning Department is broke on many levels and truly speaking Dean Macris he former Planning Director under the direction of a "thug" - Willie L. Borwn Jr. is helping LENNAR behind the scenes working at the SF Planing Department while his remuneration comes from Big Developers. That says it all. The SF Planning Information Meeting held in Room 400 at City Hall on November 5, 2009 - was a Big JOKE.
However, one has to be present to call these jerks out. Make a statement for the record so that I for one can write about the issues at hand. That is the only reason I attend these drab meetings to represent the people that are being taken advantage of.
LENNAR as usual was joined by the mostly ignorant Blacks on the take. "We want JOBS" was their feign cry that makes no sense.
If no homes will be built on the toxic land that is a Superfund Site - where will the jobs come from? And for how long do jobs last on projects such as one like this one - that is up in the air?
Our local Unions should find out how Lennar has been treated Union Workers on their other jobs?
It is a shame that Local Unions are backing Lennar without any clue what so ever. Lennar will shaft all these Unions - sooner then they think. I witnessed Local Union 22 talking rubbish and the other Union that better wake up. Lennar does not give a hoot to the Unions and will drop you all - in a jiffy.
The usual suspects also mostly Black and all attired with fake three piece suits were there. Most of them are not informed on the issues. What these mostly Black Thugs want is the money - they have no interest in helping the community. None of them give a damn about our children being poisoned and the same with our respected Elders.
Missing, at the SF Planning Department meeting - the many Samoans who have no clue what is happening. They constitute over forty percent of the population in and around Parcel A. No Latinos, Asians, decent Whites and Black from the neighborhood - were present because the City and others care not do conduct - quality outreach.
This nonsense of the "loud mouths" barking up the tree has been going on since 2004. The mostly "rubber stamped" Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee (BVHP PAC) and the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - is doing more disservice to the Bayview Hunters Point Community then good. Time will tell.
We had the same Dog and Pony Show at the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency on November 3, 2009, followed by two Dog and Pony Shows one at the SF Planning Commission in Room 400 - followed by yet a similar one in Room 250 at the San Francisco Board of Supervisors Chambers - before the Government Audit and Oversight Committee.
At the SF Government Audit and Oversight Committee - the Mayor's Office of Economic Development made the required statement and then left. A few members of the Restoration Advisory Board tried to make their point. Others, members of the Restoration Advisory Board bragged about their personal accomplishments and side tracked the process. Again, it is essential to focus on the issue and be humble. Focus on the community and not the fake personal accomplishments that are mostly dubious in nature - when one refers to the true RAP sheet.
The fight is not about shouting up the tree, while some front-line volunteer fighters do the fighting every day. Wanabees come at the last moment to have their fifteen minutes of fame and screw up the process. It is essential that those that speak for the community - reside in the community. If you do not reside in the community - you can have a say but not a real say. That is just how it is when things are adjudicated by the people at ground zero.
Way back in 1988 some of us formulated the language for the Restoration Advisory Board at the Presidio of San Francisco. So, it was interesting for me to listen wanabees say this and that about the Restoration Advisory Board and that includes Amy Brownell.
The primary function of the Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) is to advise - and the RAB represent the community at large. In the case of the RAB in previous years linked to the Shipyard - most of them were pandering to the authorities. In recent years - the facilitator to the RAB one Pandergrass really created the problem. The U.S. Navy listened to her more then the RAB members - the result of this tug-a- war led to the Restoration Advisory Board being disbanded.
However, according to the process linked to disbanding, one important element is required before the RAB is disbanded - mitigation. There must be a independent "mediator" that is called to adjudicate. The U.S. Navy has failed to to this and this is the "crux" of the problem at hand. The U.S. Navy will have to consider this "legal" factor in restoring the RAB again and following certain recommendation that benefit the community - surrounded by a Superfund Site at San Francisco's Superfund Site.
I attended the drab hearing before the San Francisco Government and Oversight Committee, November 5, 2009 - it just went on and on - and since I had a doctor's appointment - I just left around 3:15 pm the meeting started a little after 1 pm.
The Progressives within the SF Board of Supervisors can put a halt to the Early Transfer because many elements within Proposition P passed by over 87% in 2000, by voting San Franciscans mandated the entire Shipyard be cleaned to Residential Standards.
Of course many of those barking up the tree were NOT there when this Proposition was passed.
Many of them did not support the community when we collected 33,000 signatures to stop SF Redevelopment Agency from expanding the Survey Area and conducting its nefarious activities in today' Project Area.
Many of these so called advocates joined us very late to fight Proposition G and had we started early we could have won.
Many of the deliberations are shaky, dictatorially controlled, and poorly executed that permit the ENEMY of take advantage of the situation. Some of us have been fighting this fight on behalf of the children and elders for a long time.
Our focus should be on the issues and not on personal pomp and some fake aggregation of credentials that if verified do not exist.
Lennar is taking advantage of the core group that is not organized and what is more not focused.
The SF Board of Supervisors could have helped the community a long time ago - but mostly Black sell outs and one Sophie Maxwell has caused too much damage and division.
The United States Navy has the responsibility to clean up the Shipyard and has no intention to do so.
The U.S. Navy wants to CAP the Shipyard and jump ship.
The Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Senator Diane Feinstein have propped up a strategy - of Brown Fields that will not work at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The Shipyard is and will always remain a Superfund site. It has radiological contamination and Depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Over 350 Radiological contaminants make their abode at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
The Watershed at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is polluted and cannot be used. The soil is contaminated and cannot be used to grow flowers, fruits, vegetables and so on. The Navy forbids anyone going along the beaches when it supposedly will transfer the land. These are all signs of Chernobyl.
Yet, some sell outs want Lennar to build over 10,500 homes in the middle of Chernobyl.
The City and County of San Francisco has spent millions defending Lennar and therein lies the Black Hole - Lennar will SUCK the City into the abyss of darkness and its ultimate destruction.
This fight cannot be fought just barking up the tree - one has to be educated on issues and what is more remain humble. God is with us - but only if we follow His dictates. Aho.
